The four-day-long “4th Crown Cement Language Day Cup Golf Tournament” was held at the Army Golf Club in the city from February 12 to February 15. Crown Cement PLC organised the event, which saw about 850 golfers from all clubs of the country including army personnel, civilians and foreigners participated in the tournament. Crown Cement PLC has announced a 21 percent cash dividend for the year that ended on June 30, 2024. The announcement came at the cement manufacturer’s 30th annual general meeting (AGM), which was held virtually recently, the company said in a press release. Mohammed Jahangir Alam, chairman of the cement manufacturing company, presided over the meeting.
