Crown Cement hosted an insightful induction program for its new joiners at the factory in West Mukterpur, Munshiganj on 17 May 2025.

The day began with an introduction session followed by an in-depth tour of the factory, showcasing the production process and facilities. This was followed by a knowledge-sharing session led by our Head of Quality Control. Our new team members gained valuable insights into the cement manufacturing process and the key chemical factors that contribute to product quality. This knowledge equips them with the expertise needed to serve our clients and customers with the highest standards of excellence.
